Payment info :
Since I am now only currently Paypal for payment, I would like to inform that you do not need a Paypal account to be able to purchase anything from my shop.
My package has gone missing or is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
Before emailing me about your package, please remember that it is not possible for me to know about the whereabouts of your order once I drop it off at the post office unless you have paid for the tracking option when choosing your shipping method.
In that case, I highly recommend contacting your local carrier or post office to inquire about it.
When will my order be shipped?
EDIT : Starting in October USPS will be having delays in shipping because of the holiday season. If you plan to purchase items from my shop, or any other shops ran by fellow artists. Shipping prices will also increase because of the holiday season. Please take this into consideration and order early. Thank you.
Orders are usually shipped every week on either Wednesday or Fridays. Shipping times may vary due to local bank holidays etc.
Preorder Info :
Preorder items take longer than to ship, expected be around a month or so longer. If you do not want to wait to recieve your entire order, I recommend for you to order preorder items and regular items seperately as I cannot control when preorder items arrive or what delays can happen during production. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping Info :
I am currently not taking orders from the UK and the EU due to the new VAT requirements; US, Canada, and Asia.
For UK/EU customers, please order from my Etsy instead.

Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19, shipment time may take longer than estimated. Thank you for understanding.
If you have had past experiences with previous orders from other sellers or if your postal service isn’t very efficient, I highly recommend using tracked shipping.
Customs :
For orders out of the USA, I must write the real price of the items in your order in the customs declaration sticker of every parcel. I cannot reduce the price or mark it as a gift.
I am not responsible for any custom fees issued by your country’s services.
Returns/Exchange :
Unless there is an issue or mistake made by me, example: wrong item sent, defective or broken product or etc. All sales are final.
I am not responsible for any damages caused in delivery transit.
